Hi, I’m Dianne Trim.

I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations make their marketing more focused and easier to manage.

Trimline Strategies was built on a simple idea: marketing works best when it is clear, focused, and thoughtfully executed.

In design and print, a trimline defines where a piece is cut to its final form. It marks the point where intention becomes execution and where excess is removed so the work can take its true shape.

My role is to bring structure to what’s already in motion, clarify priorities, and create systems that support steady, confident progress.
